Seriously I need all the advise you all can give me. Okay, I live with my girlfriend now and We get along great. I'm 22 she's 21 and I am currently getting ready to join the Police force. Now I am excited about going into trainning and She knows how much it means to me. Heres the thing, She told me she is jealous of me and that I have this goal I set. She told me she is afriad of our relationship because I will be in great shape and she's afraid I might leave her for another girl. She says I am passionate about being a police officer and not that passionate towards her. I told her That I am doing this for us and our life and i'm doing this for myself. She doesn't understand and I love her very much and I would never ever leave her. What can I do to make her happy? What could I do to change the way she feels about this? But, all you can do is just keep reassuring her that you are doing this to better your future, and hers as well. Does she have a career? Is there anything that she is passionate about? Maybe she is just feeling left out because you found your niche in life and she hasn't yet. I know personally its very fustrating not being sure of what career you want to pursue. (I am 25 and just figured it out!) But, maybe you can encourage her to find a career that she loves just as much as you do. Link to post Share on other sites
