Guest
I have a question about a family member of mine. She always eats right. She eats things like fish, veggies, grilled chicken, shes a pretty healthy eater. She also exercises about 5 times a week, at least if not more. The problem is, no matter what she eats or how healthy she eats or how much she exercises she is still kind of big. I don't mean fat rolls everywhere, or anything, but shes pretty thick where as she was about a size 1 before. She is in her 30's and has a 10 year old daughter. Maybe her metbolisim is slowing down now that shes in her 30's? but with her exercising like she does shouldn't she be some what smaller? She does high impact cardio, low impact, toning weights, yoga and pilates. She is like this fitness finatic. This is not a routine she just started either. She has always done this, ate good and exercised. Is there something else that could be causing her to remain kind of big?
