orangele Posted January 18, 2007 Share Posted January 18, 2007 I have an 8 year old son who lives in another state with my Ex. I have been divorced for about 2 1/2 years. I would like to invite my son to my wedding planned in about 4 months in the same city where my Ex lives. He could perhaps even be a ring-bearer. My son has talked to my fiancee, but has never met her in person. Any reasons why perhaps it would or would not be a good idea to invite my son. I do not plan on inviting my Ex since we have a business-like relationship at best. Link to post Share on other sites

I am a little concerned that he hasn't met the woman you plan on marrying. Were he my son I'd have made sure that they had met and that he was comfortable with the relationship.
