Can a bi and self proclaimed sexual deviant be faithful?

He has confessed to EVERY kinky thing he's done, and i'm for some believe me! But others are things i've never thought existed. Is there such a thing of a sexual deviant being in a "monogomous relationship"?

 

He say that all he wants is me, but i've seen actions, he's been with a man while we were together, and he's told me that he was signing up on a gay site to meet men. He had an encounter and i told him that since i couldn't have him, since we were LDR, it bother's me that he can go out and get it from a man. Since then, i have checked the site, and he's been on, So he's clearly lying there.

 

What i am curious of, is do you think that he could remain faithful to me after a certian period without sex? Can i even trust someone like this to remain faithful?
