If that's the case, you don't need him back. Unless, you were going out with this guy and flirting with other guys at the same time. Then, you, have some making up to do, though he might not let you. Apologize, tell him you understand what you were doing was wrong/hurtful, and ask him to forgive you. He might not, but there really isn't anything else you can do.
