Weight Loss Supplements

Ok, I know many of them are bad, but are they ANY supplements out there that help boost weight loss, lower your appetite, and increase energy?

I haven't been able to shed my holiday 5-er. Ugh!

I know a few people who have started taking the One-a-day weight smart multivitamins, as opposed to a regular multivitamin, one has been on them for 6 months or so and she seems to have more energy than before and said she has stopped gaining weight and may have lost a few pounds too. The other just started taking them about 2 weeks ago, she said she has had more energy but hasn't noticed any weight loss yet (but it has only been a few weeks).

I was using something called "HOT ROX" and it really suppressed my appetite immensely. I barely felt hungy at all. I took it for about a month or so then stopped. My appetite didn't go up for a few months after that.

They didn't boost my energy or anything. At the very beginning you may feel slight nausea, but when you eat, it goes away. You eat less and you become indifferent toward food. Even when you stop, you don't see food as something interesting anymore. If you manage to stay away from restaurants and vacations and holiday binging, you can keep your wieght for a long time.

The thing is I would take 5-6 instead of 3. It worked better. The good news is you don't have to do them for more than a few weeks.

I've heard that there is a pill that makes it all go to your boobies, instead of your butt.

To be honest, more is more. High five, or low five - I can get excited about either or either. Basically, gimme five.

I'll take double the dose and hope for both effects. Then you could really get excited!

Star Gazer, the only things I have actually known to work were prescription pills that worked very well - phentermine. Those pills gave me absolute energy and also controlled my appetite. If I took 1/2 of one in the morning I had plenty of energy and no desire to eat during the day. As a matter of fact I considered food repulsive, thus NO desire. I got a prescription online (meaning paid full price) and made them last far longer than the 90 days they were prescribed for based on splitting the pills.

For the record I lied about my weight because my BMI was considered within the normal range. I would do it again because they are easier than actual life changes. My BMI is still within normal ranges but I feel "fat." Lack of muscle tone is more accurate, but I'm female and honest on all fronts. $160.00 is too much for my budget today but if I had the extra cash, I would get the pills. I don't believe that OTC products could have produced the same results. But I encourage any responses that say otherwise.
