No I didn't find a box, but I'll get something rounded up, I have a pretty good imagination when it comes to that kind of stuff. I might just buy one of those pretty gift bags and put everything in it including the purple Teddy Bear because the truffles are in a fancy bag & the candy is wrapped pretty. We have a date for Valentines evening, her idea so I don't know where we are going, but I got a new shirt & pants & I'll be ready to go anywhere, and I'm going to look good doing it. HOT DAMM and... Now if she doesn't like it then I can blame everyone that suggested it. :lmao: I'll take the blame IF you hand over the "defective" choclate! LOL And if she likes it then it was my idea & she will be very impressed. Nice thing about it was I paid less for these two items then what Lindt wanted for a fancy heart shaped box of candy & I got more chocolate. Those fancy red heart boxes are just marketing ploys. I'm happy that you got more and didn't fall for the red box. yeah the dark chocolate is a acquired taste, there are 60% laite chocolates too... Link to post Share on other sites

I was told you spray and then just walk into the mist and call that good. The belt is the same color (black), but I didn't buy new shoes. My dress up shoes are pretty new since I don't dress up that often so they should be fine, I will give them a good shine before I go. The shirt is dark red (I don't wear red) and it's made of suede so it's really soft and I'll wear a black pair of Kahki pants or my light tan ones, haven't decided. If you are wearing a tie, I suggest a reddish color and have a female friend pick one. Another is to wear a pink tie, really upsets a few guys with bright colors. Bright colors don't bother me at all, I usually wear or have some type of purple on every day. yo quiero taco bell! Now that's some funny stuff right there. I have an idea I will be overdressed for the restaurant, but not the occasion. She is hoping it's not a restaurant that I have been to before but we will see. I didn't tell you that we have been married for 25 years, but she moved out in Sept. on a trail separation and this is our first "date" since then. We have done a few things together with our son & we have gone out to eat fast food type stuff but this is special because she actually emailed me the day after asking me if it was o.k. that she changed it to a date? I got the candy, I got a purple teddy bear, & a gift bag with hearts all over it. Then I got some of that thin paper and crunched it all up and put it in the bag so you can't see the bear so I'm ready to rock & roll...... She asked me a few more questions about the evening & I just told her I was going out with someone that I care about & the only thing I had planned is I have to be at work at 7:00 on Thursday so she has me for the entire evening..... She liked my Valentines Day bag & everything in it, she thought that was very sweet. After we ate we decided to eat a piece of the candy for desert. We ate a truffle and they were awesome and that is coming from a guy that doesn't like chocolate. Then we tried the bar and that was pretty bad, I guess we aren't used to the dark chocolate, so when I took her home we sat out in the car and made out like a couple of college kids until our son came home so we had to quit. :laugh: We gave him a piece of the candy and he chewed it for a little bit then spitted it out:sick: so I guess none of us are dark chocolate eaters. The W said she will take it to work and someone will eat it. Besides that we had a great evening together and she told me she wants to work on our relationship and see if we can get back together again.
