lonelybird
Read some interesting stuff: The human being who identifies him/herself with the objectively existing world comes to construct a personality, a sense of self, that is, at base, fully dependent upon the ever-changing structures of temporal existence. The resulting lack of any sense of of permanence, of autonomy, leads such an individual to experience anxieties of all kinds, and eventually to shun the mysterious and collectively meaningful patterns of human existence in favor of a private and stifling subjective context, in the confines of which life plays itself out in the absence of any reference to a greater plan or scheme. Hopelessness, atheism, despair, are the results of such an existence So Jesus teach us how to achieve salvation by showing example by himself? focus on Spirit, not flesh or ego? Author lonelybird
"At that time Jesus was filled with joy by the Holy Spirit and said, "Father, Lord of heaven and earth! I thank you because you have shown to the unlearned what you have hidden from the wise and learned. Yes, Father, this was how you were pleased to have it happen. The Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you everything and make you remember all that I have told you." So, Rejoice! Christian sisters and brothers. Don't let the worries wear you down. We didn't know the good news before, but we know now, the Holy Spirit in you teach you daily. We are supposed to put our focus on Jesus and the work he assigned to us, not the situation around us. as the situation never could bind us. If we focus on our situations, we easily lost in it. that is Satan would want us to. Satan use the situation to put us down, but we know Satan is a big liar. We know our destiny, where will we go. When you laugh at Satan's face, he would be so upset and run away from you. Nobody can rob your joy in your heart. Praise God:bunny:

LaughMachine
You should focus more on spirit than anything in the world. When you age and no longer have your youth and looks where you gonna turn too? Your spirit out runs the physical things, because the physical things don't last forever. Death, breakups, disintegration....the soul lasts forever. God gives you the most powerful, promising, lasting gift in the world, the soul.

If I worry, just a prayer, then I believe God will take care of it, and all things happen are all good in the end. and The most amazing thing is God answers prayers. so good to know there is a loving and justice God out there

quankanne
fruit fly? Beg pardon? I'm beginning to think of describing spirituality as something beyond the fourth dimension when looking at it in terms of logic: It's more than 3-D plus time. one can exist happily in those four dimensions, but I personally think there's an added "oomph" when you include spirituality into the mix because the focus shifts away from self. lovelorcet
There is exactly the same amount of evidence for the FSM creating the world as there is for God creating the world. Now, my personal beliefs are negligible here but the FSM is a credible alternative.
