When people suffer from negative thought, then they are captives of negative thought. Do you ever have many voices in your mind? some of them are good; some of them are bad. but most of time people rather listen to the negative voices, eg 'i cannot do this', 'oh, no, i am not good enough', 'i am not slim enough', 'he just said my breast is not big enough'....sometimes people call these negative thought as Satan. Satan (invisible, not people) enjoy to play these tricks, and use circumstances and past experiences to put people down. we may fail, but this does not mean we ARE failure. Failure is a lesson for us to learn. it is past, not future. failure is not final, but one step to higher place. but if you concentrate on failure itself, your eyes cannot see further. we are God's creation, who can tell us that we are not good enough? we may not as good as other people on certain side, but sure we have best side that other people cannot match. who are you Satan can tell me I am not blah blah... when you were put under Jesus's foot long ago. we give Satan power willingly by ourselves

I said I don't work with flies... I think I have already clearly stated that I work in a lab. It seems you are only able to see and read that which you want to... Well, at least that is the feeling god gave me at the moment...

No offense to anyone at all. But I agree with that as well. People jump over reality and believe as long as they are following what the book provides. They are free. You gotta free yourself....I barely know anything from the bible. So many people take out verses and live by than. Which are good to live by. But I've come up with some logically made up theories on life.

I think God want us to be spiritual than religious. and talk about religious people, they really believe in God, heaven and hell. and when they see some people who are doing things agaist God's will and this will not bring good to these people, most of time, these religious people (prob including me)would tell 'you are doing something wrong'. sometimes people would condemn other people out of FEAR. fear of corruption, fear of immoral, fear of different opinions...but this means they are not walking in God's love and grace, at least at that moment. God's love can conquer all, conquer hatred, conquer fear.... but I agree with you. we shall not be judgemental, when people did wrong, do not tell "you are bad, you deserve to go to hell", no, no, no.... we all did wrong things, the important thing is bringing people back from wrong doings. from Bible, we can see how God would be happy if He find a lost sheep. I pray and I believe that there is God but being kind and compassionate could suffice just as well without all the holy talk. If it is good for you, go for it. If you seek God, God already noticed you.

Author lonelybird Posted February 19, 2007 Author Posted February 19, 2007 People just want to satisfy their flesh rather than Spiriual. people don't want to hear that if they only satisfy their flesh, they would end up in some place undesirable. people fear of light, as light can make their secret life exposed. but ignore light doesn't mean it doesn't exist. people don't want any moral rules, but what does it bring to us? without the Words, people don't feel threatened, but their life itself is a proof how God works. now with the Words, people feel judged by the Words, but these Words bring salvation.

Everybody has special talent and sole purpose in this world God intent us to be, and we don't compare to other people since no two persons in this world are exactly same. If we want to be like somebody, then we only end up to be 'second somebody'. If we have strong valuable self-esteem, then other people begin to love us. not another way around. we should have and understand and accept the love that God gave us. By the way, how were your nerve damaged?
