But regardless there is a stunning girl in the same area (somehwat near mine where i work). About any and everytime I'm within her viewing distance, i always catch her looking at me and when i look back she looks away. I've said hi to her a couple times, she just smiles back. But anyway the dilemna is her office is close to the boss's office, in addition there are several other offices(cubicles) facing and next to her office/cubicle with people working in them. Unfortunately aside from working in the same area, i dont work alongside with her (in terms of working together). How do i approach this situation in this kind of deadline driven -- overcluttered working environment? Link to post Share on other sites

Try to keep smiling and saying "hi" everytime you see her and then progress to starting small talk with her when you are with her for more than just a few seconds, like in the elevator, stairway, or outside the building. See where that leads...maybe you can do a lot of the leading and watch for her signals to keep getting closer or back off so you can finally ask her to hang out with you when you two are free. Thanks for the advice, i was temping there for a week only unfortunately and dont know when or if ill be sent back there again. But to respond, there is no set time for lunch breaks people go when they feel like it. I work in a massive corporate building, so it would be rare to bump into her in the street or downstairs.
